


He began performing in 2015 at the Turin Festa della Musica, presenting original piano works for four consecutive years. In 2019, he was awarded first prize at the Pianofortissimo Competition in Rivoli for an original composition. Since 2021, Ludovico has regularly released his works on major digital platforms.
In 2022, he composed the soundtrack for the short film Dura Lex Sed Lex, winner of the Debut Category at the Believe Film Festival in Verona. Beginning in late 2022, Ludovico focused on live scoring for silent cinema, debuting in February 2023 at the Turin Conservatory with an original live score for Paris qui dort by René Clair, later performed at the Silent Film Festival in Karlsruhe, Germany.
Ludovico has collaborated with the National Cinema Museum of Turin and performed numerous cine-concerts, including the live scoring of La caduta di Troia by Giovanni Pastrone. In 2023, he composed the score for the short film Litania, which received a Special Mention at the Turin Film Festival.
In 2024, he opened the Silent Film Festival in Karlsruhe with a live score for Il Fuoco by Pastrone, later reprised at the Glocal Film Festival in Turin. That same year, he also took part in a commemorative theatrical production organized by Confindustria and the Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine.
In 2025, Ludovico returned to Karlsruhe with Maciste, performing it again at Cinema Massimo in Turin. During the summer, he toured 16 cinemas across Piedmont as part of the Movie Tellers program, providing live music for the contemporary silent film Un posto di vacanza.
In October, he was selected as one of only two students admitted to the masterclasses of the Giornate del Cinema Muto in Pordenone—the world’s leading festival dedicated to silent film—distinguishing himself as the youngest student ever selected in the program’s history. On that occasion, he improvised live scores for 24 films during the closing event.
